Punctuality (technical) FRA
• Defined as the number of technically punctual revenue takeoffs
in FRA divided by the number of all revenue takeoffs in FRA.
Delay Duration
• Defined as the total of technical delay duration divided
by the number of all revenue takeoffs.
• The total of technical delay duration is calculated as the
sum of all durations of technical delays of more than 15 Minutes.
More Ground Time
• Defined as "more" onground time divided by the
planned technical onground time.
• "More" onground time is calculated as the sum
of all "more" onground times (MGT). Planned technical
onground time is calculated as the sum of onground
times for AChecks (Netline plug "A" or "AAD"),
CChecks (C), special arranged layovers (SLZ), special orders (SO)
and scheduled onground times (SGT).
Availability (technical)
• Defined as technical onground time divided by A/C service
time.
• Technical onground time is calculated as the sum of onground
times for AChecks (NetLine plug "A" or "AAD"),
"Aircraft On Ground" (AOG), scheduled onground
times (SGT), unscheduled onground times (UGT) and "more"
onground times (MGT).
• A/C service time is calculated as the sum of A/C inservice
days.
H/I Deferred Items
• Defined as the number of open items with classification
"handicap" (H) or "important" (I) divided by
the number of aircraft in the fleet at a given time.
